Become a Guest Speaker
We are thrilled to invite professionals from medicine, engineering, robotics, design (art and architecture), and related fields to share their expertise with the next generation of innovators! Your participation as a guest speaker inspires students, exposes them to real-world careers, and gives them hands-on insight into exciting fields.
At Dreams Academy, we believe in hands-on learning and mentorship, and your voice can make a lasting impact on students from kindergarten through fifth grade across the Tampa Bay area and our partner schools in Nigeria and South Africa.
Why We Need Guest Speakers
Guest speakers:

Demonstrate real-world applications of science, technology, engineering, arts, and design (STEAM) concepts.

More Information

Session Length: Each guest speaker session lasts approximately 20 minutes, followed by a short Q&A with the students.

Age Group: Students from K–5.

Times & Venues: Sessions run from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at each venue. Detailed program dates and locations can be found on the Get Involved page or homepage.

Preparation: You will receive a brief overview of the lesson plan and objectives before your session, so you can tailor your presentation to the students’ age group and program goals.

What to Bring: Just yourself, enthusiasm, and any materials or demonstrations related to your field. Water will be provided. No additional supplies are required unless you wish to bring them.

Support: Our staff and volunteers will assist you during the session to ensure smooth facilitation and student engagement.
